Indian Navy has released notification for unmarried candidates for
joining the Indian Navy as Short Service Commissioned (SSC) Officer in
Executive and Technical Branches of the Indian Navy for grant of Short Service
Commission, for course commencing June 2016. Eligible candidates may apply
online from 22-08-2015 to 12-09-2015 & send hard copy of application on or
before 22-09-2015.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 19 1/2 – 25 years as on
01-07-2016. i.e. should be born between 02-07-1991 to 01-017-1997 (both dates
inclusive).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have completed BE/
B.Tech Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognized university
in relevant streams.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on academic
merit, SSB interview (Intelligence test, Picture Perception, Discussion test,
Psychological test, Group test & interview), medical examination.
