Education / Qualification for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited vacancy: Applicants applying for the post of Officer Trainee must for this Post graduate degree / course in Human Resource / personnel management / psychology / Industrial Relation or  MBA in HR from government recognised universities / Institutions and for the post of Safety Officer applicants must possess Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology from government recognised University / institution.

Age: Maximum age limit to apply for this post is 27 years, there is age relaxation for the candidate belongs to the category of OBC 3 years, SC / ST 5 years and PWD 10 years

Fee: There is no fee for the candidates belong to the category of SC / ST and PwD. Fee of Rs. 610 for general and OBC candidates.
